"Out in the hills with great tracks ranging from rocky decents to inclines. Rolling tracks through the fields with some ponds and water thrown in. Great time and the instructions were great. How that vehicle gets where it does I don't know."

"What a wonderful experience in a Landrover with John, an extremely competent Instructor. This was the first time my 2 sons (in their 40s) and myself experienced such an amazing driving experience. How the landrover coped with the mud, the ability to climb what seemed impossible heights and depths is a credit to Engish engineering. "

"What an amazing couple of hours at Avalanche Adventures! Chris, my instructor, was fabulous and the course in the old quarry tested machine and man equally but it never felt dangerous or too on the edge. Strongly recommended!"

A challenging course in Barbara the Land Rover under the very professional and very supportive instruction of Robin made for an excellent day. In the words of my daughter it was Awesome.

"Had the one hour 4x4 experience. It was excellent fun, the conditions were perfect, wet and muddy!! Martin (ex army) was a patient, funny and friendly instructor, he made the experience fun and I got plenty of driving in.
Star of the show though was undoubtedly the Land Rover, an awesome machine (fairly old 110, perfect) just keeps going whatever you throw at it and saves the day when the driver messes up!! Couldn't fault the experience, would thoroughly recommend it. "

The location and course was great and very varied with the facilities for shelter and refreshments for guests waiting which was ideal."

The instructor was extremely calm and knowledgeable even though I'm sure I tested his patience a couple of times!
