Please continue to remain up to date and to follow ALL the latest government guidelines and restrictions with regards to Covid-19. This includes face masks/ coverings, social distancing and event reschedules.

Customer and staff safety is our top priority!
Measures have been put in place on sites following the guidelines and government advice
Some of these are as follows:
- Less groups on site at one time.
- Staggered start times.
- Cleaning / sanitising stations.
- Limited or no food and drink facilities provided ( please bring your own)
Face Masks / Coverings - Indoor & Outdoor Experiences -
Please follow ALL current government guidlines regarding face coverings. If wearing a face covering is not required by government restrictions by your event date then please still bring these along on the day, as they may still be required at certain points during your event.
We have a "reschedule your event" process already set up below. If we have placed your event On-Hold please come back and use the form below when you have decided on some new dates, we can then reschedule your event back in place for you. There is no deadline or time restriction on getting these rebooked.
We will be available on email to answer any queries that you may have. For ease just reply back to your bookings email and one of the team will respond as soon as they can.
